Where we deliver

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man where the carrier serves them). We hope to add other countries later; if you are outside the UK, email info@themenagerist.co.uk and we will let you know when we can ship to you.

Production time — pieces are printed to order

Most pieces are printed after you order, in the colours you choose. Each product page shows its production time, normally 3–5 working days (large or complex pieces may show 5–10). If a piece is in stock, it is dispatched within 1–2 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed at busy times (for example the run-up to Christmas) may take longer; we will show any extended times on the site and tell you by email if your order is affected.

Delivery services and costs

We send parcels by Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48. You choose the service at checkout and the cost is shown before you pay. Tracked 24 usually arrives the next working day after dispatch and Tracked 48 within two to three working days, although Royal Mail does not guarantee these times. You will receive a tracking number by email when your parcel is dispatched.

Packaging

Each piece is wrapped and packed in a rigid box with cushioning to protect the thin parts of articulated prints. We keep packaging minimal and recyclable where we can.

Delivery problems

If your parcel has not arrived within five working days of the dispatch email, check the tracking first, then contact us and we will chase the carrier. If a parcel is lost in transit we will send a replacement or refund you in full. If it arrives damaged, see our Returns & Refunds Policy — please tell us within 48 hours with photos.

Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be resent for the cost of a second delivery.
